You can cancel your membership on Embodia by following the instructions outlined below. The instructions differ if you have an individual practitioner account or a clinic account.

For individual practitioner accounts

Go to your avatar (initials or photo in the top right corner) and then to My membership:

For clinic accounts

A clinic manager's permission is required to change the clinic membership on Embodia.

Go to My clinic > General info:

Scroll down to the Billing Overview section and click on the Cancel membership button:
